Shuttle bus to the competition venue

Athletes and delegation members can book a shuttle bus to move between the official competition hotels and the competition venue. The shuttle bus will operate between the official competition hotels and the competition venue every day (Thu-Sun) before and after the competition. The shuttle bus costs 20€ / whole weekend (Thu-Sun).

The shuttle bus tickets can be purchased from the info stall at the competition venue. Price is 20e and must be paid with card only!

For the judges, the shuttle bus is free and they do not need to book the shuttle bus in advance.

Parking

There is a possibility for free parking in the area.

Parking is allowed at the areas P2-P5 with following conditions:
– On weekdays between 8:00-18:00 for 3 hours with parking disc
– On weekdays between 18:01-7:59 without parking disc
– On weekend without parking disc
– Only in the areas that are marked with white dotted line (see parking area layout)

Especially on Saturday and on Sunday the parking space will be limited due to other events in the Hipposhalli area. We recommend to use public transport or our shuttle bus service.

Local transport

In Jyväskylä it is recommended either to use local buses, a car, or walk. More information about the public transportation tickets in English can be found on Jyväskylä region public transport website. There is plenty of parking space at the competition venue.
